1. Service
SINAN TMS provides transportation-management tools for dispatch, fleet records, documents, invoicing, reporting, and connected services. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information entered into the service.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Trials, plans, and billing
The Free plan continues until cancelled. Paid plans include a 14-day trial unless otherwise stated. After the trial, access requires payment. Subscription charges are billed in advance and applicable taxes may be added.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its security, upload malicious material, access another customer’s information, or use the service in violation of law.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of customer data. You authorize SINAN TMS to process that data to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and integrations
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Third-party integrations are also governed by their providers and may change or become unavailable.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for non-payment, security threats, unlawful use, or material breach. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to applicable billing commitments.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service supports operational decisions but does not replace legal, tax, accounting, safety, or regulatory advice. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the preceding three months.
